时值初冬，山西鹏达正隆食品有限公司里一派火热景象：人力三轮、电动三轮车、皮卡、小货车进进出出，从几十公斤到几吨、几十吨的核桃被源源不断送进来；产品加工车间里机器轰鸣、工人穿梭，各类核桃精深加工产品琳琅满目；去皮、脱壳、分拣、包装……经过一道道工序后，硬壳核桃被加工成了核桃仁，打包销往全国各地。
师家庄村位于汾阳市演武镇，村里有耕地五千余亩，居住人口1700余人，是一个典型的纯农业村,长期以来师家庄村人一直过着靠山吃山、靠水吃水的生活。
一个典型的纯农业村，村里底子薄、资源禀赋差，如何让村子强起来、村民富起来？师家庄村党支部书记李龙波用几年时间摸索出了自己的路子。
近年来，师家庄村积极探索以承包、租赁、流转经营为主的村集体经济发展模式，持续培育壮大龙头企业，不断增强产业发展活力，帮助百姓在家门口实现就业增收。
2017年，师家庄村引进了山西鹏达正隆食品有限公司，以土地租赁的方式，在村里办起了核桃加工厂。
“引进核桃加工厂，一是促进脱贫户稳定增收，防止返贫；二是解决了部分在家照顾老人孩子的群众的就业难题，让他们掌握一门技能，在家门口实现就业。”李龙波说道。
走进村民马玉娥家，只见一间几十平米的大屋里一群妇女围坐在一大堆核桃旁边，大家人手一把锥子和一个夹子，守着一堆核桃果，忙得顾不上说话。
在师家庄村，这是大多数村民最熟悉不过的活。
“这活儿受欢迎，最多的时候我这个代加工点能有二三十人，三里五乡闲着没事的都过来掰核桃！”马玉娥的田字格小本上，密密麻麻记满了每人每天剥核桃仁的数量。“村里的乡亲们大多年龄大了，出门打工工作也不好找。自从村里开了加工厂，乡亲们也有了活儿干。如此一来，大伙儿带娃、农活都不耽误。”
说话间，马玉娥双手捧出一把核桃果放在桌上，先用夹子轻轻地夹开一道缝，再用锥子小心翼翼把核桃撬开，核桃仁便从壳中蹦出来。不到半个小时，掰好的核桃仁就堆成了小山。
和马玉娥一样，今年38岁的村民任银玲也是师家庄村核桃加工产业发展下的受益者。
来到核桃加工厂质检车间，任银玲跟记者唠起了她靠剥核桃致富增收的故事。“我家里有多病的老人，还有两个孩子要照顾，我们两口子出不去，可家门口又没活干，前几年就只能守着几亩地过着穷日子。”任银玲一边细细检查着核桃果，一边高兴地说道，“这两年我跟着大家伙一块剥核桃，家里日子比以前宽松不少。现在到了质检车间，收入比以前还多哩，一个月能挣三千多！”
这几年，李龙波每次从厂子路过都要进来和郝海燕聊一阵子，询问厂里有啥困难，帮着解决。“来这里办厂，在寻找场地和工人问题上，村里给予了不少的帮助和支持。我也希望通过这个加工厂，能帮助更多的人致富增收。”山西鹏达正隆食品有限公司负责人李海燕对记者说。
而今，李海燕的核桃加工厂已经带动师家庄村80余名村民在厂就业，剥核桃的手工活儿又进一步带动了周边村上千余名闲散劳动力致富增收。
核桃厂的引进，为师家庄村集体经济引入了“源头活水”，也让师家庄村走稳了巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的坚定步伐。
产业兴，则乡村兴。“下一步我们将持续做好产业发展各项举措，继续引进新的致富项目，带动更多乡亲们实现稳定就业持续增收，走出一条乡村振兴‘造血’新路径。”李龙波自信地说。（记者 韩笑）
