千万记住：一切报价的目的都是为了进入这个项目，而不是为了利润。（利润是你得进入这个项目后的管理和运作产生的）。
在大数据不断的完善，建筑行业的各分部分项工程的专业分包已经是必然的发包方式。
垫资项目很快会退出舞台，剩下的就是专业分包的市场。
若不需要垫资，那么总包和劳务的存在感会下滑（除非纸质的问题），因此在关系友好的情况下，都会要求报价进行竞争性谈判。
那么怎么报价才不陪标呢？
1、若对方要求 报价一定整理成清单报价方式具体包含几大项
a、材料（等于低于市场价报），找到远一点的供应商低价购买获得利润。
b、人工（等于当地人工工资），找到相对偏远的工人，人工工资会少太多。
c、机械设备（二手的较好、包含手提工具以及仪器设备）。
d、运输（材料和机械、以及弃土和垃圾清理等）
e、卫生（2%差不多）
f、安全文明施工（按照定额的费用取费）
g、二次搬运。（不含夜间费，赶工费、）
h、管理（15%的管理差不多）
i、水电、（由甲方提供）
j、税收（写成3%最好）
k、利润（写在百分之5以内，具体多少等你进入项目后去运作吧）
总之越细越好，千万不要一口价。（最后一定要附上为涉及的工程量或者其他，以现场实际施工的工程量和单价进行签证结算）。
以前的报价表
报价是价低者获胜，不要说什么你的能力公司实力强劲，这个都是关系网的情况，在相对情况下，价格会占据很大的优势。
报价等方式是分项报价，总价不要高（最后清单整理完善后最好写“总金额约多少”）为进场后签证做好准备。
利润不要高，报价的目的不是为了赚钱，而是为了进入施工现场，是为了这项工程能入你的手，不要混淆，否则你就会陪标了。
报价完成后不要傻傻等结果，抓紧这个时间去为人处世。等的都是陪标者！
