登陆之后，我们就能看到现在的套餐情况，像下图所示的4G飞享18元套餐，能看到通用剩余流量多少，话费余额多少等等。
如果你想要更换套餐，比如不想要那么多花里胡哨的服务，就想着每月费用少些就好，那我们可以选择一个8元套餐。点击底部的【服务】，选择【在线客服】。
进入聊天框，输入【8元套餐】，点击【发送】按钮。
消息发送成功后，我们就能从回复信息中了解到这个套餐的详细信息：
内含国内流量100M（超出后0.29元/M，累计10元可免费使用1GB，以此类推）、送来电显示功能；在国内接听电话免费。超出套餐后，在国内拨打国内电话0.19元/分钟。以上“国内”不含港澳台地区。
了解套餐情况后，假如需要办理这个套餐，那么在对话框中输入【办理8元套餐】根据提示进行输入验证码、确认信息等操作即可办理。
当我们办理成功后，就会收到系统发来的信息，告知办理结果，并在下个月生效，以及我们办理的套餐中都包含什么等等。
