靠谱司导推荐？一路“不靠谱”加价

进入暑假，国内旅游全面升温。对大部分游客而言，如果不是跟团旅游，自助长线游需要提前做不少“功课”。正因为此，“司机+导游”的包车游逐渐升温，社交平台上也出现了不少分享“靠谱司机兼导游”“旅行规划师”的个人经验帖。不过，他们真的靠谱吗？ “一口价”变成各种加价 “一点都不靠谱！”刚结束青甘环线9天包车游的夏女士告诉记者。带着老人和孩子一起出行的夏女士提前一个多月就通过社交平台做“功课”，比较了不少博主的经历，发现很多博主都推荐“包车游”，有的博主在分享行程和照片的同时，还推荐了自己的司机兼导游。夏女士尝试联系了几名博主推荐的“司机兼导游”，却发现其实是包车中介公司。 最终，夏女士与一家中介达成协议，以每天1100元的“一口价”包一辆6座车。中介承诺，除了租车费外，司机食宿、汽油等费用，无须用户承担。 谁知，从行程第3天开始，“一口价”行不通了。 原来，在行程前几天，夏女士所预订的酒店有免费的司机床位，但从这天开始，没有免费的司机床位了，司机要求夏女士为他支付房费。考虑到司机服务还算周到，酒店的房费不高，夏女士没有计较，额外支付了2晚的司机住宿费。 但在接下来的行程中，再次出现了酒店没有免费司机床位的情况，而且由于酒店不同，房费水涨船高。 此时，夏女士与包车中介联系后才发现，中介并非司机所在公司的工作人员，他既不了解司机的公司给过什么承诺，也无法协调司机自己承担住宿费。 带着一家老小出行的夏女士担心司机甩手不管或不按照计划开车，只能忍气吞声，又为司机支付了4晚住宿费，并在行程结束前一天结清了包车费。“本来想结束后投诉中介和司机所在的公司，结果发现中介的名字是网名，我也不知道司机所在的公司叫什么，只能不了了之。” 个人分享可能“不靠谱” 不少游客的经历与夏女士类似，大部分“不靠谱”的经历都来自非正规渠道的包车，来源往往是社交平台上看似“靠谱”的个人包车经历、“出行攻略”。尤其在一些所谓的“出行攻略”中，介绍行程后，都会出现某个导游、司机、行程规划师的名字和联系方式。 在某正规包车游平台工作的胡先生表示，主体不明、约定不清和信息差是导致包车游不断加价的主要原因。在国内大部分包车游公司的规定中，“一口价”往往包含车辆使用费、燃油/电费、司机餐食费、司机服务费、跨城/境费、高速费、返程空驶费等；绝大多数包含司机住宿费，如果不包含，会提前与游客协商，并保留凭据。 不过，也有一部分费用不包含在“一口价”中，主要有超时服务费、超公里费、停车费（仅限司机按照乘客要求停车产生的费用）、路桥费、套餐变更差额、特殊路段用车需求费用、游客的景点门票费、司机陪游的额外费用（司机门票费、景区内乘车费、停车费）等。 “别看不包含的费用种类较多，但正规公司或平台在行程开始前，都会与游客一一确认。”胡先生建议，消费者若选择包车游服务，还是要尽可能选择靠谱的平台，并在出行前详细了解旅途中可能出现的费用，与服务供应方沟通确认，保留证据，防止司机“变卦”后无力举证。包车游公司或平台的名称、包车游产品的介绍页面、双方签署的合同、工作人员与消费者沟通的聊天记录等，都要注意保留。本报记者 任翀
