深圳新闻网2024年7月19日讯（深圳特区报记者 程赞）随着夏日来临，暑期消费热潮也拉开帷幕，7月18日，深圳市消委会联合市市监局发布暑期消费提示，提醒广大市民注意科学理性消费与日常购物安全。
“民以食为天，食以安为先”，无论是外卖点餐、家庭用餐、外出聚餐，消费者在品尝美食时，都要注意订餐时认真核对套餐及分餐价格明细，有无其他收费项目。此外，选择外卖点餐时，要认真查看商家证照信息，选择合法正规的供餐单位；收到外卖时要查验食物是否已密封盛放或使用“食安封签”，确认无误后及时就餐，避免长时间存放。
消费者在日常采购商品时，应选择证照齐全、经营规范的商场或超市，核对价格明细，确保所购商品质量可靠。在线购物时要选择正规、信誉良好的电商平台，注意查看商家资质和用户评价，尽量避免购买来历不明、价格异常低廉的商品，不轻信虚假宣传和夸大广告。
预付卡消费在提供便利的同时，也存在一定的风险。为了保障消费者的合法权益，确保消费安全，消费者在购买和使用预付卡时，务必选择证照齐全、信誉良好的商家购买预付卡，购买前也要详细了解商家的信誉、经营状况及服务质量，确保商家能够长期稳定经营。
此外，市消委会建议消费者与预付式商家签订书面合同，明确约定服务内容、金额、有效期限、使用范围、退款条件等事项。同时，应根据自身消费习惯和实际需求，理性充值预付卡，避免一次性充值大额资金，减少因商家关门、跑路等原因造成的损失风险。
