什么是流量卡？
流量卡其实只是套餐内流量比较多的一种电话卡，它跟我们现在手机里用的手机卡没有区别，都是普通的电话卡来的，唯一不同的就是手里用的卡套餐贵，流量少，而这些所谓的流量卡，月租低，流量又多。
很多人看到流量卡的套餐后，就觉得是假的、是套路，不可能这么实惠、肯定是骗子，又或者是运营商割韭菜来了，打死就是不会相信。其实大家有这种想法，也是可以理解的，运营商确实不是什么好鸟~还有部分代理商也总玩套路，明明29元的卡，愣是能包装成9元的套餐。正常来说，不做过多的包装，该怎样就怎样的套餐，看起来也是相当划算的，因为本身就是运营商在线上渠道推出的特惠套餐，用来拉人头拉用户量的，自然不会差到哪去。下面有一些注意事项，看完之后就可以开始选择适合自己的套餐了。
一、办理流量卡之前，需要注意什么？
1、很多值友会在意号码问题，办个新卡就一定要换号码吗？其实不是这样的。手机若是双卡的设备，那就可以像我这么操作，我自己现在的主卡是8元套餐，专门接电话，收短信，我的副卡槽就插各种流量卡。 这样一来，主卡一直不用换，接听电话、收短信什么都是免费的，而且主号用久了，也不是说换就换的，那么我的流量卡就像一个流量包一样，别提多省钱了。
2、很多人都担心网速问题，这个问题可以把心放肚子里面，这个卡跟我们平时的卡除了套餐不一样，其他没什么区别，网络不好，那一定是周边基站信号覆盖不到位。
二、流量卡有哪些常见的问题呢？
1、首月月租是怎么扣除的？
电信卡：一般都是首月有体验金，相当于免费试用，套餐内容按天折算到账。联通卡：首月资费一般是按整月资费扣除，也就是说不管您在本月何时激活，都是按一个月的套餐计费；所以如果值友们25日后才收到号卡，建议次月再激活。移动卡：具体看运营商政策决定首月资费政策，有的是动态日月租，就是你几号激活的就几号是扣月租。
2、套餐不用了，注销方便吗？
特别方便！现在国家推出的政策，全国都支持异地销户的，而且还支持线上APP一键注销退费！让你足不出户，就可以搞定一切！如果运营商不配合，那就投诉到工信部。
3、办理过程中遇到问题找谁咨询？
如果在办理过程中有任何疑问，在激活前遇到任何问题，可以联系办理渠道，这里建议大家找靠谱的电商平台办理，避免私人渠道，公众号等直接跑路，售后无门！
4、使用过程中遇到问题找谁解决？
正规电话卡，都是由官方运营商开卡直邮的，所以使用过程中有任何问题或者不满意的地方都可以找对应的运营商官方人工客服解决~官方电话：电信10000、联通10010、移动10086。也可以找办理渠道协助处理。
5、哪里可以办理到正规的电话卡/流量卡？
以下本人亲测了四大运营商的套餐卡，大家按需办理
电信篇
电信卡套餐，29元长期套餐，155G+100分钟，前半年有充送活动，参与返费后每月只要19元月租。适合长期使用。
联通篇
联通的套餐，通话分钟数稍微多一些，每月29元月租，含143G通用流量+200分钟免费通话，接听免费，可开热点。备注：两年优惠套餐，大家自行选择吧。
移动篇
移动本地套餐，19元月租80G，一年套餐，可办理区域限制较多，自行咨询客服看是否可以办理。
广电篇
第四大运营商，中国广电，每月192G流量，收货地就是归属地，备注：6个月合约期，合约期内销户要扣一个月的月租，半年19元，之后29元两年优惠期。
总结
缺流量的朋友 ，可以搭配一张作为副卡使用，刚满岁数的年轻小伙子，可以考虑整长期套餐，没有主卡用久不舍得换的烦恼。
