如果发现号卡查询结果和本人实际使用的号卡数量不一致，想查询号码明细或办理销户：
①三家基础电信企业用户：可以到营业厅查询核对号码明细；
②移动通信转售企业用户：可以咨询客服，通过线上或线下方式查询明细。
若对查询结果有异议，可通过营业厅、企业服务热线等方式向相应电信企业提出，并提供异议手机号码及证件号码信息。电信企业将在取得您授权的前提下，提供号码核实、剥离、关停或销户等服务。
