目前的互联网项目，包括视频号好物，抖音好物，闲鱼无货源、pdd无货源、淘宝无货源等等等等。都涉及到一个玩法点，就是要批量操作。
这个点就导致现在做互联网的兄弟姐妹们，人均三五张手机卡是常态。如何获取卡很简单，营业厅或者网上申请办理。一个人搞个15张没啥问题。
但是卡多了，随之而来的问题就是电话卡每月套餐资费成为了一个固定开支，一个卡一个月二三十，十张也是二三百块的话费支出了。
那么如何更改成资费比较低的套餐呢？下面来听我唠唠。
手机卡改低价套餐的操作步骤：
登录对应的手机卡运营商app上投诉，电信卡最低套餐能调到5元/月。移动联通8元/月
电信：查询办理-客服-服务监督-创建新投诉。
移动：分类-服务-我的投诉-套餐变更问题。
联通：投诉-我要投诉-办理业务。
这里面最重要的一个点，就是如何投诉。投诉语气需要半威胁半请求，参考话术可以用下面的。
您好，我想办理8元套餐，因为号码用的比较久了，平常朋友经常联系，而且绑定了不少业务，想保留号码，麻烦进行修改一下，否则，还会继续投诉的，谢谢了。
