近日，中国联通在抖音发布了一则“腾讯王卡”的广告，让用户眼里放光，19元即可获得480G全国流量，支持5G和上百款APP。如此实惠，当即点击“免费领取”，填写了收货地址，惊喜的是，第二天就收到了这张“神卡”。
随后，让用户就感觉有一丝“陷阱”，因为激活时必须要缴纳100元话费。明知有鬼，还要试试水。换上卡，登录联通营业厅APP，第一时间就是查看流量，坑就出现，结果显示为40G，仅为480G的十二分之一。用户一度以为是自己眼花，又在平台上验证，联通确实对外宣传的“19元月租，480G”。
于是，用户拨通了中国联通的客服电话，得到联通回应堪称一绝：“腾讯王卡”没有480G啊，都是40G的，只是在卡片上写了一个480G的数字，并没有实际意义，只是装饰而已，毕竟联通并没有说“480G表示流量”。广告宣传语中出现的“480G”只是个摆设，写着玩的，和实际上的不一致。
为了彻底弄清楚这张“腾讯王卡”，用户又拨打了联通客服咨询了套餐情况，然后被告知40G全部属于“定向流量”，没有通用流量，也就是说，40G流量只能在微信、QQ、王者荣耀、京东等指定的APP上使用，如果超出界限，将以每天1元/1G的方式收费，这就难免会每天至少花1块钱。
举个实际例子，“腾讯王卡”指定的APP大多是腾讯旗下的产品，比如微信、QQ、王者荣耀等，但像抖音、B站、淘宝等就不属于指定范畴了，即使这些应用我们平时不用，偶尔弹出一个通知，哪怕只消耗1KB，都会产生资费。
此前，浙江省消保委就腾讯王卡套餐“专属流量不专属，免流软件不免流”等相关问题对中国联通浙江分公司进行了约谈，并提出了整改要求。对于已经购买腾讯王卡的用户，将建立用户投诉特殊解决机制，根据消费者的诉求，提供相应的减免或补充流量等补偿方式，妥善处理消费纠纷，处理权限直接下放到营销一线及客服热线人员。所以联通允许用户退还“腾讯王卡”里的话费，不过要收取一定的手续费。
说实话，面对19元480G的全国流量，估计大多数人都会抵挡不住这个诱惑，但是商家没有底线，把套餐的优点无限放大，一些让人难以注意的大坑折叠隐藏，普通人根本无法辨别，更没有耐心仔细看完，简直是防不胜防。作为消费者的我们，还是谨慎购买为妙。
