红网时刻新闻7月5日讯（通讯员 龙嘉莉）自夏季治安打击整治行动开展以来，邵阳县公安局立足工作职能，重拳出击、刚柔并济，不断加大对辖区内涉卡重点人员的打击力度，于近日成功劝投2名涉“两卡”人员。
2024年6月下旬，邵阳县公安局长乐派出所民警在核查涉“两卡”线索时发现，辖区居民曾某某涉嫌将自己名下办理的电话卡出借给他人用于电信网络犯罪活动。办案民警立即联系曾某某，耐心向其宣讲法律法规，规劝其投案自首。经过民警大量规劝工作，6月26日，曾某某主动到长乐派出所投案自首。
经询问，嫌疑人曾某某如实供述自己在明知出借电话卡是违法的情况下，仍将电话卡出借给他人用于电信网络犯罪活动的违法事实。目前，曾某某已被公安机关依法行政拘留，该案正在进一步办理中。
2024年6月26日，邵阳县公安局谷洲派出所在工作中发现辖区居民郭某某有出借银行卡给他人使用的嫌疑，民警立即打电话给在外地的郭某某，刚开始郭某某对派出所民警的劝说有顾虑，害怕受到法律的制裁，在民警的耐心劝说之下，郭某某终于放下思想包袱，7月1日主动来到谷洲派出所投案自首。
经询问，郭某某如实供述出借名下银行卡给他人非法过账的违法事实。目前，郭某某已被公安机关依法行政拘留，案件正在进一步办理。
