昨天在成都打卡了一家朋友推荐的法餐厅。璞舍（persea）。
都说法餐厅在成都不好做，因为并不符合川渝人的饮食口味，所以他家主打的是南法和四川的融合菜。
整个餐厅的装修还是挺像法国街头的那种 Bistro 的，只不过比法国的要宽敞太多了！
虽然咱不是法餐老饕，但是好歹咱也在法国吃了 10多年的白人饭，还是能吃出个一二三的。
所以索性就点了个 799 的经典套餐！整体吃完味道不错，融入了南法地中海的风情和川渝的香辛。
餐前面包不错！百香果开胃小吃也很棒。图 4 图 5
前菜，尼斯沙拉和香草黄油焗蜗牛。
图 6 尼斯沙拉，这个不用说太多，只要油醋汁比例对了，味道都大差不差。
图 7 焗蜗牛，这是我第一次吃到把蜗牛掏出来并以土豆泥垫底的做法。味道是那个味道，但是少了吃法式蜗牛的精髓—最后用法棍蘸剩下的酱汁。
汤，黑松露蘑菇汤和匈牙利牛肉汤
图 8 蘑菇汤我没喝，图 9 匈牙利牛肉汤还挺好喝。但说实话，味道和在匈牙利的还差很远。离开布达佩斯之后，我就再也没喝过那次让我垂涎欲滴的匈牙利牛肉汤。
海鲜，香槟豉汁红斑鱼
图 10 这个算是正经的融合菜了，红斑鱼煎的恰到好处，肉质鲜嫩。配以香槟和豆豉，藤椒油调制的酱汁，再点缀上罗勒叶。香气扑鼻，味道层次很丰富，好吃。
主菜，碳烤西冷牛排和法式黑猪芝士派
图 11 牛排点了五成熟，还是挺嫩的，酱汁味道中规中矩。
图 12 13 黑猪芝士派，这个一口下去，就是猪肉大葱馅饼的味道，葱放的着时有点多。唯一的不同就是多了黄油和奶酪味。
甜点，葡萄柚焦糖炖奶。
总体来说，味道还行吧，谈不上多惊艳，但至少不会踩坑，服务也还不错。
