据“1818 黄金眼”昨日（8 月 18 日）报道，马女士在杭州万象城 Vertu 纬图专柜花费近 3 万元购买了一款折叠手机，据说有私人管家，可以一键呼叫直升机、帮订餐厅等等。
7 月 31 日，马女士当场买下这部手机，拿回家以后发现手机使用起来不是特别丝滑，打游戏会“很卡”，扫码支付也会“卡”一下。
马女士要求退货手机，8 月 2 日晚上销售回复称：“把耳机和手机都原装拿来就行。包装里也千万别少任何”。然而，半个月以后官方检测后却称手机没问题，不予退货。
而据凤凰网科技今天（8 月 19 日）报道，北京的一名纬图销售人员就“手机为什么这么贵”介绍称，29800 元是手机本身的钱，私人管家服务是赠送的，纬图是奢侈品手机，“是手机中的爱马仕，是身份的象征，24 小时一对一私人管家可以提供 700 多种服务，包括在医院挂号。如果您在北京协和医院挂不上号，可以联系管家，挂哪个专家哪个日期的，都能给您挂到，但费用得自己出。”
该销售人员称，“私人管家”功能一年内免费，提供服务含坐飞机高铁的 VIP 快速通道、法律咨询、医疗咨询、奢侈品代买、跑腿服务等。如果订四星级五星级酒店的话还有优惠活动，出入一些高端会所可以帮联系免去会费，“生活中能想到都能办”。
同时，“一键叫直升机”功能也确实存在，私人管家可帮忙联系但用户要自己费用。
该销售人员谈到了手机为何会卡顿的问题：“目前为止，没有哪个手机是完全不卡的。但纬图手机信号比其他手机稳定，不存在‘打开支付宝都会卡’的情况。”
此外，购买（纬图）手机若在 15 天内出现质量问题可免费退换，一年内若有质量问题可免费维修，没有 7 天无理由退货的服务。
IT之家注意到，Vertu 纬图今年 5 月推出了旗下首款小竖折手机“Vertu IRONFLIP”，该机主打“奢华瑞表风格设计”，支持“48 国语言翻译”，搭载骁龙 8 Gen 2 处理器，国行售价在 2.98 – 10.98 万元左右，可选定制各种饰皮版本。
