“美瞳”在医疗器械中的产品名是装饰性彩色平光隐形眼镜，是用于装饰和改变角膜颜色的隐形眼镜，因其直接覆盖于角膜表面，与眼组织紧密接触，直接关乎人眼安全，具有较高风险，在我国作为第三类医疗器械管理，上市前需要通过安全性、有效性的评价，获得医疗器械注册证后方可生产、销售和使用，其生产企业需要取得《医疗器械生产许可证》。经营此类产品的企业需要取得《医疗器械经营许可证》。
聊城市市场监督管理局医疗器械监督管理科科长赵长青介绍，消费者在选购和使用装饰性彩色平光隐形眼镜及其护理产品时，要特别注意以下几点：
一是选购装饰性彩色平光隐形眼镜时，要从取得医疗器械经营许可证的医疗器械经营企业购买。要注意查看所购产品是否取得医疗器械注册证，仔细查看产品包装是否有医疗器械注册证编号、生产企业名称、生产日期等信息，并妥善保存购买凭证。进口的产品还应当附有中文标签和说明书。
二是配戴装饰性彩色平光隐形眼镜时，应认真按照产品说明书或者专业人士的指导，对镜片进行操作、配戴、摘取、清洗、消毒和保存。
三是消费者如发现销售假冒伪劣产品，或发现无证经营装饰性彩色平光隐形眼镜等行为，可以到当地市场监管部门举报，或者直接拨打12345或12315电话投诉。涉及违法违规的，市场监管部门将依法查处，涉嫌犯罪的将移交公安机关追究刑事责任。（齐鲁晚报 齐鲁壹点客户端 陶春燕）
