新民晚报讯（记者 夏韵）家住浦东的张先生向“新民帮侬忙”反映，他持有中影星美国际影城周园店的会员卡，目前余额尚有200多元，但这家影院已经停业，会员卡“无处可用”。
张先生回忆，去年夏天，他在网上购买了这张会员卡，中影星美国际影城周园店在上海绿地缤纷广场内，地址是浦东新区年家浜东路238号3楼。不料充值没多久，去年10月，影院暂停营业，至今已有快半年。“打电话打不通，不知道哪里可以办理退款。这家店是不是倒闭了？”张先生说，拨打影院对外公示的电话，无人接听。
记者查询发现，中影星美国际影城周园店设有同名微信公众号，账号认证主体是上海宜视园影院管理有限公司。公众号上显示的客服电话无法接通。点击公众号内的影院排期菜单，可见周园店无任何影片信息。根据网上公开资料，企业注册地址在上海市浦东新区年家浜东路238号3069室。
3月12日，记者致电影院所在商场上海绿地缤纷广场了解情况。一名工作人员回应，中影星美国际影城周园店即将在2024年5月左右重新开业，位置不变，消费者原先办理的充值会员卡能继续使用。
