那考河，是广西南宁市内河竹排江的支流，具有重要的城市水系生态价值。但是在2015年之前，那考河却是一条远近闻名的臭水沟，水质为劣五类黑臭水体，严重影响周边区域人民的生活质量。经过多年综合治理，那考河发生了翻天覆地的变化，相关治理工作也在持续深化改革的过程中步履不停。
上午10点，在广西南宁那考河湿地公园，一支由居民、志愿者等组建起来的巡河队，开始了巡河工作。
巡河议事队副队长 陈志英：巡查河岸两边，河面有没有垃圾，河水有没有刺激性的味道，颜色有没有变浑浊，或者是变成黑色，看一下游客有没有不文明的行为。
作为南宁18条城市内河之一，那考河自上世纪90年代初以来，随着上游养殖业的兴起，逐渐沦为沿岸污水垃圾的纳污沟渠，生态功能逐步丧失。
南宁市民 李建芳：周边的居民又不注意，排放生活污水，居民又多又网箱养鱼，生活垃圾什么都往河里堆。走过路过都要赶紧捂鼻子，快快地走。
2015年，结合获评全国首批“海绵城市”建设试点城市的契机，南宁市开始对那考河进行彻底治理。
通过调研发现，那考河的主要污染来源有污废水直排、养殖废水直排、雨污错混接、雨水径流污染以及生活垃圾等。针对这些问题，南宁市转变思路，将以往的治水思路从“末端治理”转向“全流域治理”，从“只治水里”转向“水陆同治”，统筹岸上岸下、上游下游，综合施策。
南宁北排水环境发展有限公司运营管理人员 陆辉：我们采用了“全流域治理”和“海绵城市”相结合的治水理念，运用“控源截污、内源治理、水质净化、清水补给、活水循环、生态修复”的技术路线，用系统的思维解决城市内河黑臭水体治理的难题。
经过多年综合治理，如今的那考河已经成为环境优美的湿地公园，同时这里还成为市民、游客休闲娱乐的打卡点。

南宁市地下管网和水务中心内河管理科科长 邓衍敏：每年吸引100余万人次前来参观游玩，增加了约4.8万人在那考河附近工作生活。
在那考河流域治理的带动下，南宁市的沙江河、心圩江、水塘江等内河也都纷纷开始了综合治理。目前，南宁市在普查市政排水管网、地块内部排水管网的基础上，还建立了排水设施地理信息系统，实现全市排水设施“一张图”管理。
